To explain the essence of this model, let me use an analogy.
When we’re unwell, we go to a clinic to see a doctor, conduct tests to diagnose the problem, and only then receive a prescription and head to the pharmacy for medication.
Self-treatment carries the risk of wasting precious time, money, and ultimately health, or even life ☠️

In this example, there are three key components:

3️⃣ The pharmacy with all the necessary, high-quality medications at a fair price.

Business works similarly. Without a deep understanding of the business and its current needs, it’s impossible to provide the right and efficient solution.
